You should definitely ask your friends/the owner of the sites to NEVER click on those ads. Not a good practice to put ads on other websites, if you want to avoid being banned by Google, but if you do, make sure the owneres NEVER click on those ads or you will be banned for sure. I suggest you email Google and explain what happened now before you get banned, and then makes sure your friends don't ever click on your ads again, or even better, remove your code from their websites. This will hopefully help you keep your account.

Clicks made on purpose to increase the revenues are always the TOS of Google. I am not sure for the normal click from the admin, but I strongly suggest that you stay far from that. Google has the highest click fraud and it is getting paranoid with it. If it sees a relation between some log in and clicks, then it will ban your account, may be not for 1 click, but just a few clicks.

Definitely not. That's technically still cheating AdSense. It's frowned upon and usually results in a ban. There are ways, however, to cheat AdSense without getting banned :)

Not good if your friend use the same ip like yours. As i know, Google read cookies, cached, ip or something from the admin computer. So, they will know if the owner click their own ads.

you are talking about clicking your own ads to inflate revenue. this is stealing money from the people who pay to put the ads there (adwords merchants). which is illegal.
