Website Organisation & Keeping Track of Tasks

    Hi all,

I've been thinking today about the future when I realised that as my website ownership was increasing, keeping track of what I need to do was becoming harder... Which website needed updating most? Which sites needed re-optimising? Which sites needed link exchanges? Which were predicted to raise PR and those that were predicted to fail..

So I thought I would open my first "major" discussion on this forum letting everyone share their knowledge and ideas. Do some of you use software to help you? Good old paper? Or do some of you just have one or two bigger sites and can keep track easily.

    Alex

My organisation isnt the greatest, I have a folder on my desktop for each site. In that folder goes everything - .rars of site backup, notepad files with notes of changes to make, details of PR's etc, more notepad files for contact infos of people I bought links from etc, when I want to find something its always there, just takes me ages to find it lol.
