    It has happened with me earlier that I intend to buy a website and made a bid, I won and made the paypal payment. But after 2 days seller refused to give and returned my money back. So in this case what should we do??

    Depends, you used what domain carrier ? Negative feedback is the 1st thing that you should do but you can make more all depends on the carrier :D
