    Hi,
    I have a small network of websites that makes about $25/day. It includes Adsense and Kontera. almost 90% comes from Adsense about 20-23/day. Traffic on all the blogs are almost Organic as well. If I say I'm willing to sell it all for $9000 ... would that be fair cuz I;m not gona give it away for less than that. The sites are about 4-6 months old.

    1 Health
    2 Celebrity
    1 Business
    1 Music
    1 Sports

    For now, just tell me know if it's a fair price...If I feel like I can find a customer here then I'll be happy to share all the urls with you.

    The asking price is pretty high. But its good when considered the revenue that its earning. Please send me the urls. So that I can consider about it :)

    I think your asking price sounds about right, I've sold sites for much higher and much lower earnings multiples (5x - 36x) and a general rule of thumb is that the more stable the traffic and income sources are, and the longer the site has been around = higher selling price. Cost of operation/upgrading/moderating and site management also come into play. There are of course many many more variables depending on the nature of the site and marketplace. Watch the market and see what similar properties are going for.

    Because the majority of your income comes from Adsense it reduces the overall value of your sites. For the simple reason your income is dictated by a 3rd party which could pull the plug at anytime without warning.

    Personally I would only be willing to pay 6 months revenue for your network: $20/day * 30 days * 6 months = $3600.
