Selling Website Market Place Flippa alternative site for sale

I'm selling BuySitesSellSites.com it's similar to Flippa but with a twist. Every member that signs up goes into a database and you can do mass emails. I have likely a few hundred people signup for the site already. The site is active and receives new listings frequently. I do no advertising I've spent a couple months setting up multiple traffic sources. The site is already established all you need to do is a little more marketing and to start making money.

Income is hit or miss since I don't charge for listings all of the income I have made has been from ad words. When I was promoting it some days I would make over $14. I've spent a few thousand dollars on the development of the site, the design is unique and it has been coded according to my specifications.

I really want to get $1000 right now for the site since it was hand coded and is established and getting frequent new listings. You can use it to build your list, promote your own product or service etc. If you ever wanted a site like Flipps this is the best way to go. Unlike Flippa my site is not auction based.
