I have a web site that I have neglected for a couple of years. It is in desperate need of some TLC and nurturing. I want to keep the site, but don't have the time to work on it. So I would like to make a deal with an experienced Internet Marketer. You take complete control of the web site and do whatever you want with it (no black/gray hat stuff), to bring it to it's fullest potential. Other than hosting and domain renewal, you are responsible for all costs (advertising, content, development, etc). You will have full WordPress/CMS access. You will not have hosting CPanel access. Whatever money you can generate from the site you keep. From March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2013 (A full year), you keep 100% of all revenue. On March 1, 2013 I will take over control of the site. But I will always be open to a buyout deal. Here are some details of the site: It is in a specific health care related niche Currently uses a WordPress theme Page Rank is currently 0 (at one time it was 3) The .com domain is the primary key word (actually two words - 15 characters - no dashes) The site Ranks #1 on google for the primary keyword (and domain name) Here is how Google's Keyword tool handles the keyword: Here are the StatCounter stats for the last 30 days: Site contains three articles and a few standard pages (site map, privacy, etc) Site currently runs adsense ads, and brings in between $6 to $15 per month Site was originally created for a ClickBank product that launched in late 2009 or 2010, which is when the domain was first registered. Has ClickBank potential with proper marketing.
