    I need money for my wedding.

    How is it monetized?
    Product sales. Selling Ethical Hacking, Network Penetration and WiFi hacking video tutorial courses.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Yes, facebook account with 100 likes.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Varies. It depends on how much the owner can market it. Otherwise everything is automated. You need not do anything except checking sales.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Better promotion will generate more revenue. Try fb marketing or google adwords.

    It's Teachable basic plan for $39/month. Facebook page will be provided free along with this sale. Currently, there are 2 purchases whose payout totals about $60 which will be paid out on 1st October. New owner will get that payout. That itself will pay for more than one month's expenditure.
