This is 100% fake. Unless this guy is in a mental institute, nobody in their right mind would sell a site making $300/day for $12,000. You say you want some initial funds to start your other endeavor? Just wait a month and a half, you'll have more then $12,000 from the numbers you're throwing around and you can start your new site AND keep this one and make even more.

Anyone asking for more information about this is a gullible retard who believes everything they hear. Ask yourself this question: would you sell a website that makes $300/day for $12,000? I wouldn't even sell it for $100,000. Because it will make more than that every year.
