    Hi,

    I'm looking to buy a website that's making around $300 per month. I can pay up to 6 months of income or more depending on your site and what we can agreed on.

    I prefer if income are coming from adsense, CPM (Valueclick, Tribal Fusion, Casale and etc.), affiliate networks.

    I want a website that is easily updated and/or easy to maintain.

    I DON'T want PPC traffic, gambling, illegal websites.

    THE SITE MUST BE ESTABLISHED AND EARNING $300 PER MONTH FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS.
