website made for bloggers

hi, im testing my new website made for bloggers. My original idea was to help bloggers to gain readership of their blogs. Members can submit their blog rss, facebook profile, flickr, youtube accounts as well.

When login to the site, your latest blog posting will go up to the top spot, thus people click and go straight to your blog/url. The website is very new and the users still less than 200, so i think early participant can test and see how this thing can go from here on.

please have a look and promote you blog there, im sure you can have visits straight away to your blogs.

Something very similiar with mybloglog or blogcatalog. Maybe you can offer widget ( virtual calling card ) in order to get more attention from bloggers.

Just my 2 cents.

 

nice idea, but there are similar other websites out there which draw in much more traffic.
you should try and make your website stand out, maybe offer something unique.
maybe a widget like zinruss suggested.

Every blogger and webmaster expect to have more traffic to the website/blog.It depends on how serious you promote them.

It looks interesting, and I think you are on to something, even though there are similar services.

I can't seem to find any categories. If you don't have any, I would probably add some. Because most people are only interested in a few topics each, and if you don't use categories, it seems to be random what kind of posts will be showing to each member.

If I see posts for topics that I am not interested in, no matter the quality of the post, I won't read it.

for squidoo n hubpages by surfbay, actually u can submit it as blog, my site still can aggregate those pages, but i think im gonna differenciate both site to make it different a bit.

i add some extra features last night, status update, link sharing and video sharing..so that the bloggers there can put up their affiliate links or promote their youtube videos.

Do you mean if i login/logout frequently,my blog url will be at the recommending reading?

 

no..your blog posting will be at the no.1 spot, but as soon as someone else login, he/she will go to no.1 spot.

when u login again then you go to no.1 spot again.

recommended reading is the url of latest people who joined.

 

as suggested by surfbay..i just add the ability to submit Squidoo and HUbpages.

I would use the same categories as blogcatalog.com or mybloglog.com

for now not yet, but if u think that can be an attraction, i will make it able for the user to add multiple sites soon.
