Google has done a major update in their ranking in March and they are continuing to making the changes. With the latest update Google is paying more attention
on unnatural links. If you have links from blog networks, link schemes and paid links, you will get affected.
Check your Google webmaster tool for message from Google. Also check long tail keywords and see whether you have ranking for them. If your ranking for long tail keywords intact, it seems your links are filtered for un-natural links.
You can fix bad links and file reconsideration request.

Today Google has made another update , most of 1st pages disapeared to nowhere. Stick on quality link building and you'll be fine. The spammy ranking era is over. :)

A few updates to Google's Penguin update has been effecting us too. We know that it is big on keyword anchor links. You need to mix up the anchors of the links linking to you site. Instead of "Acne Products" as a link. Make it "I found some great Acne Cure Products". Is long but google is starting to rank sites for less keyword anchored links.
