My website name will be SHOOPS...My problem now is I don't know how to design the logo and tagline as well...anyone expert here can help me? Try Xheader it is free. You can design a blank header of whatever size you want put in background color if desired, import an image that you like for logo if desired and add text of all different fonts, sizes and shadings. The program is free type xheader in your browser.
