Hello, We are looking for a Live Chat software for our website. Now, the software that the operator logs into needs to be accessed via the internet and not on your computer desktop, and needs to be Java based. We are looking for this because sometimes our support reps travel, and need to be able to access the system via their Java Based cell phones in order to keep live chat online all the time.
