website like a yellowpages

    Dear friends

    i want to make a website where store, shop keepers, service providers
    can upload there images, maintain the product prices and can put there
    profile keywords by themselves.

    is there any way to make this site free or cheap in price
    also i want some of other feature like a visitor can do shopping
    online or any other way

    It is very possible. Provide incentives for shoppers for buying from other businesses through your site. Also look for affiliate programs to join that way you could turn profit by providing them business. You could find someone that will do it for little compared to more complicated sites.
