Website Layouts Made with Adsense Ads.

Ok, here are some ideas to ponder:

    1. The Ad Units can appear as a navigation header.
    2. The Ad Units can appear as a left sidepanel listing of links.

Anyone have any other ideas on implementing adsense ads so they appear to be a part of the website layout interface?

    Hi
Yeah, I have tried this approach on a site in progress.

http://pluggers.info - left navigation with intergrated link unit.

I have done nothing to the site yet, and Im still writing content.

Thansk Medic. The Ad Units as a navigation bar was exactly what I was refferring to. I still think with an image background behind it, it would look even more convincing as a navigation bar. I'll have to see about changing that. Thanks again for the compliment.

I don't think you can get adsense with a background image.

KH7...You could have the ad units on a plain solid background color, but border the ad unit with images of beveled edges and shadows surrounding it to give it a more navbar appearance.

Many other ways can be used to blend the ads. You can blend them to be part of the content or links on a page. Of course, you can only use 1 ad link unit. You can blend them to match your links and text on a page like here.
