Website Layout Needed

    Website Layout Needed - Looking for a quick turnaround at an affordable price.

    What I need :

    * 1 page layout that contains 3 columns ( 1 on each side for news, advertisements, etc. and 1 center for main content )
    * Logo to match layout

    Payment to be made via PayPal
