I am a complete newbie when it comes to SEO, but the most confusing thing I have come across with keywords is the websites keywords. I have a personal finance blog and run All in One SEO on wordpress. It has asked me for "Home Keywords" which I assume are the websites overall keywords. I have read countless articles, but my understand is that I won't be able to "win" any keywords with decent competition, so how should I focus these "home keywords?" Also, when I write an article/post, do I have to continue to use these home keywords? It was my understand that I could develop articles as individual pages/posts and ignore the overall page's keywords. Any help and/or articles about website keywords would be greatly appreciated.
Yes by using home keywords in the article is much important and help to get position in the search engine.
