I am doing SEO for a website http://www.aclsrecertification.com/. It is not listing in google's first page if I take a part of the unique content from my website's homepage and search it in Google. Is there any way to get it listed in the first position in google.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Yes. It passes copyscape. But I don't know why it is not showing.

Where is your website showing up on Google? Is it anywhere apart from the first page?

If I search with the first paragraph of my home page content, then my website is listed in the 11th position. I can see that Google is comparing only a few part of the content in my homepage. You can also see that by putting your mouse over '>>', where my website is listed.

I have seen that, you have used your content exactly as short Description for directory submission...and Google tracking the approved directory pages for your site. Now the question is why the directory pages are listing before your site?

The answer is, the content what you are using to search on Google, some words of the same content, you have used as title at Google what are not available at your site title. As we know Google preferring the site title more to Index to know what about the site exactly.... Thats the reason, Google listing yours dir submission pages before your site... :)
