It happens to almost everyone. It's like a "freshness boost". It's happened to my sites too. Just wait about a month and it should get back to it's spot. Meanwhile, keep updating and promoting your site!

I see your subdomains listed n the first page buy not your top level site.....I would say you definitely got some sore of penalty from Google! Did you build a ton of backlinks recently? Did your site go through a redesign? I have been in the penalty recently....check it for yourself!

Sometimes (mostly always) Google sends the new sites in what it is called sandbox effect and it normally takes about 3-4 months to come out to its normal mode. So just wait, and also you should do further promotion in the mean time.

when you initially launch a site, you have fresh content and also do a little link building activities. due to freshness of your site and backlinks, your site gets a boost on serp ranking initially. however, that initial ranking dont usually last long. you are supposed to keep adding content on your site and run a link building campaing to get the ranking back and maintain it

This is very normal for new sites, take time to become ok on Google, time to work hard to be on Google :)

Yeah Google always shows new site on page one and a week or so later they throw it back. don't throw all your weight into google Find your site in yahoo or Bing ect.
i wouldnt call it sanboxing... i wouldnt worry so much.

May be its because of the new site's google dance/ google sandbox concept. New sites are sent into the sandbox for a period of time before they are finally assigned the pagerank that will last for a long time.

It happens for everyone, if your site is a new site rankings may flush, that may drop suddenly.

Keep doing link building process that will boost your rankings.

Get some dofollow links from social bookmarking

Is your site pretty new and you bombarded it with tons of backlinks?Your site is experiencing Google sandbox then for newbie sites. If not, then perhaps other sites get on their feet to optimized their site thus your site is down on the 23rd.Just continue updating your site with fresh and useful contents, it will bounce back soon.

can you pm me your site?or check it with backlinkwatch.com and see how many backlinks you really have. You could also check your top competitor's backlink and see your difference with them.I suggest hooking up with their backlinks as well to benefit your site.Cheers!

800 links! whoa...don't buy backlinks! if you try to cheat google, they will know and blacklist you. Then it is a lot of work to beg them to unblacklist your site.
