I have no idea how, but when you search google for "compliance based marketing" the #1 site is www.rtm.com/i/mission.swf? If you take a look, you'll see how odd it is. Anyone know how this could be?

Actually, if you look at the URL you'll see that google's cache is #1, not that site itself ;)

There is almost no competition for that search term thats how it can rank.

Results 1 - 10 of about 29,400,000 for compliance based marketing
It returns that many results because the word marketing. This is not the number to base anything off of.

Results 1 - 10 of about 56 for "compliance based marketing"
    Results 1 - 2 of 2 for intitle:"compliance based marketing"

You can create a site and put that term in your title and create 1 backlink using that anchor text then go take a nap and wake up and be number 1! :) Well not really but you get my point.

Also I think with me and you searching for it we quadrupled its search per day. :)

A good way to tell how competitive the search term is, is by looking to see how many people are willing to pay to show up for that term. No adwords means no competition, then it isn't hard at all to rank for that term.
