    Hey Guys:

    2 questions...

    1. Is the IP of where the webmaster manipulates the site and not the server taken into account by Google in any way?

    2. IS the IP of say a blog comment or any SEO work taken into account by Google for SEO purposes?

I am asking because say a site that is targeted for the USA with a USA IP is being changed from Aruba and SEO work is being done in Aruba, does this affect negatively?

I do not think these one could pose a negative threat to your website. If your website is still hosting under same IP /Geo-location then you have nothing to worry about.

No. Google does care on the IP on inbound links but not the IP of commenter anyway.
