When you select "The Web" you are looking at the Google.com view of Google's index (not the Canadian view). When you select "Pages from Canada" you are really looking at the Canadian veiw of Google's index.

For example, when I go to Google.co, chose Search "the web", and search for site:arcticspasreddeer.com I see 173 pages indexed. If I go to Google.com and search for site:arcticspasreddeer.com I see the same 173 pages indexed. It's only when you are at a Google.<insert country code TLD> and search "Pages from <insert country>" that you are really looking at pages specifically meant to target only mainly THAT country.

Because you have a domain with a .com TLD (non-country specific) AND you are hosted at ThePlanet.com in Dallas, TX (USA), Google automatically assumes that you want to rank in Google.com and are targeting US and/or global visitors.

If you would rather rank in Google.ca when people search "pages in Canada" then you can change your Geo Targetting preferences in Google's WMT to "Canada". Beware, this will likely cause your rankings to drastically drop in the Google.com index and when users of Google.ca chose to search "the web".

Typically you can rank well in Google.com or a country specific Google, but not both. It can be done but it requires a LOT of strategic back linking.

Register with google webmasters and submit a sitemap with your web pages, so you can track indexing, also in geo targeting select Canada as your main goal, this should fix the problem.
