Are the urls in your XML sitemaps https? Do the urls in your xml sitemap match https with the urls in your website? If urls in the xml sitemap differ from the actual ones - it will not work.

You can use Google Webmaster Tool to "Crawl >> Fetch As Google".

After that, submit it to index.

For Bing Webmaster Tool, go to "Dashboard >>Configure My Site >> Submit URLs"

Submit the URL you want Search Engine to index.

After some periods, use "site:yourdomain.com" on Google, Bing or Yahoo! to check whether your web page is indexed by Search Engine.
