Website Indexed, Search Shows No Results

    I have a problem that I can't understand.

    My site is indexed by Google, but when I do a search for specific terms unique to my site I either get no results, or a ton of results for other sites who don't have all the keywords being searched for. If I do a site:mysite.com search I get results, but if I search for mysite widgets I get no results. I'm also not getting any search engine hits at all, except for people searching for mysite.com.

    Does anyone know what this is about?

    you might want to check if you're penalized. you can use seopenalty.com

    It's an adult site, my secret. And according to seopenalty.com it's been penalized. Thanks for the help, I'll just reinstall everything on another site.

    Not a problem. Might want to figure out why you got penalized though so it won't happen again.
