Selling Website in sport's niche - PageRank 3 - Good ranking - NO RESERVE!

I am selling PR3 website for an basketball event that will come in year 2013. The website is EuroBasketSlovenia2013.com. Here are positions, I checked for them last month.


Whell, it's 2 years till EBS 2013, but some times I get a lot of traffic, people are looking for some informations, I even got some mails from reporters, If i could answer to some questions, some people who want to valounter on event and stuff.
I was working with SEO for a while, but because I dont have time anymore, I gotta get rid of some projects.

I made some money with AdSense ad's, it's not much but you can see that I only have one AD block on website. So people are probably looking for some hotels or something.

The main idea is, that you start early with this website, and you make it an authority, so that it will have way better positions in 2013, when event will be in progres, and it will make more money.

I also will give Facebook group with 573 fans in it - they got in by themselvs! I did not promote this group at all!
Whell, that's it, here is the Analytics. You can see a large increasment in september, that's because there was some elections or something.
