Website in One Country & AdSense Account Holder in Another Country.

    Is it ok and does it violate TOS if one has a website registered in one country and it's AdSense account holder is located in a different country ?

    No. Most of the webmasters has their sites in USA but they don't live in USA.

    On other note, don't bump your thread so much, I saw in spy that somebody reported this thread. :D

    I'm not sure what you mean by "registered".

    Do a whois, the address there (unless it's private) should match the address on the adsense records.

    Where it's hosted is irrelevant.

    i think that dosent matter at all

    Because most af the sites are hosted in US Servers and many times The domains are registered for US places to TDL like co.uk, co.in......

    But the sites will be concerned to their geographic Area ?

    So I dont think there is no Problem

    I am not speaking of servers ... but whois records ... whois record of the domain in one country ... and the AdSense account holder in another country ...

    If it helps, my adsense account is registeres in one country, and I live and operate it from another country.
    There were not problems till now
