Website hosting?

    sorry guys if this is not the right place to post, if not, please move where i get more and better results..

    what im looking for, is a free web host, without their ads, that will let me have links to other websites containing illegal stuff. What i want to do, is to create a movie forum, that will have video links to different sites. I recently had my 2nd web host delete my account for having links to movies

    well, the links will have streaming movies, so i guess that'll be called illigal links
