    Hello,

    I live in France.
My company is registered in France.
I have a job website with uk job ads only for uk candidates.
Do i have to open a company in uk for my website ? Can i advert my website in uk's websites without having my company registered there ?

    Regards
    Frank

    Hi Frank,

Basically, it is your choice. The only reason companies house want you to register is if you have a physical presence in the UK, thus a office, branch etc. If you are just trading online, you should be fine.

    Hope this helped!

Many years ago when I was starting out I had a site (along with a business partner) based out of Orleons, France. We also targeted the UK and eventually the U.S. as well. We encountered no legal issues at all as you have brought up.
The only issue I can think of is that your English must be spot on. (I am presuming that French is your 1st language)
