Website Home Page Not Indexed or URL not SEO friendly

    Due to the mobilegeddon update i have migrate my website HTML to Wordpress so that it could be Mobile Friendly. After that website URL changed and i lost my ranking for the most of the keywords. URL are not also SEO friendly for example-

    kullumanalihoneymoonpackage.org/portfolio-items/cras-mollis-nons/
    so firstly i want to remove portfolio from the url so is it possible?

    2nd thing is that i have changed the Meta tags for all the pages but for this keyword- kullu manali honeymoon packages my website is showing 16th position in google India for the Home Page and instead of New Meta Tag it is showing old meta tags for the home page URL.

    Can anyone help me?
