Contest Website Header 48 Hours PayPal $25

  1. #1
    Looking for a clean looking header for a website. The size is 960X146. It will replace the existing one on this site - Cruise Vacations

    The main header text is Cruise Vacations with a tag line of:
    Discount Caribbean, Mexico & Alaska Cruises

    The graphic needs to match the existing WP theme and the look should be modern and easy to read.

    Payment will be made via PayPal and I will need a layered .PSD upon payment. Any questions, please fire away.

    I do give feedback in a timely manner.

    Contest ends July 11th 9:00PM PST.

    rocketoutwithurlogoout - Nice job. Possibly a bit too much blue. But, I'm not sure what I would change or suggest.

    vikiana - Too busy for me and I would probably add a cruise ship to the header.

    podmatrix. Very unique! I feel the type is a bit hard to read and blends in too much with the background images.

    techmafia - Not really my style. I like actual images more than illustrations. The "Cruise Vacations" font is a bit hard for me to read quickly.

    Zinnidoll - Looks nice to me. I like the cruise ship image and the text, but I'm not wild about the people on the right side of the header. Maybe they will grow on me. :)

    top's idea - Not my style for the font and a bit too plain of a design.

    Jr. I can definitely adjust the height with no problem. Just wanted to try to keep it smaller, but if enlarging it helps with a unique design, then I'm all for it. I like your layout, but the site is geared toward the North American market and the cruise ship is from Europe I believe. I really like how you handled the tag line, but I'm not really finding the "Cruise Vacations" to my liking. Your overall design is in my top two so far.
