I have looked around at logo and web illustrators and have not found quite what I need. Where can I find freelancers/web artists to create a website masthead graphic? It would include a logo but as part of a high quality graphic, with some crisp animated characters. And without going into too much detail, what should I expect to pay/bids to receive for something like that. Any help is appreciated.
