    Please clarify your question, are you asking from designing, development point of view or Google's point of view? Yes i have checked your site its not indexed in Google so you should submit its site map so that Google can crawl it and update it its data bases....

    let me know

    You got a good looking site and it is not cluttered and you have some interesting topics. My suggestion would be that you write articles to get people to your site and get some high quality backlinks pointing to your site. There are some good tools out there to help with indexing your pages/post. Plus, take advantage of social bookmarking to help with your backlinks.

    Your site title doesn't seem to go with the information on your site. You are covering a lot of topics on your site. It will be hard to get your site listed as an authority site because your site has so many niches inside one site.

    That's my two cents worth.

    If it's banned you'll need to submit a reconsideration request from your Google Webmaster account.

    You may have to wait for some time, a few months or years.

    How old the website? It's quite normal if brand new site got De-Indexed or disappeared from ranking a couple times.

    Chances are you have been sandboxed because you created too many backlinks at once and you probably did a low quality back link blast. You can get back on to the rankings with a proper, high quality SEO campaign. Depending on your site and niche the time frame to get indexed and move up the rankings will vary.

    Add more unique content and build quality backlinks. If your site got a penality you may have to wait 30-60 days to get it back.
