My website was high up on some keywords such as "how to hit your driver" with quotations. It has dropped from any decent page for every keyword. I have no idea why. Can anyone help me? Swing-fix.com is the site.

Fluctuations are normal - but dropping on all keywords across a site is not.

If you are using the UK SERPS - there's been a lot of strange goings-on, so just stick with it. If not, you may have been penalized for a number of reasons:

    Link buying
    Over-optimisation
    Linking out to bad neighborhoods
Bad onsite SEO - Hidden text, keyword stuffing. . .etc
Not building links at all (note - you won't be penalized for this, but the effect is pretty much the same).

I don't think any of those apply to me.

I tried loading my website on my girlfriend's computer and it took ages, and many things loaded incorrectly, such as the slider. Could the massive load time of the site kill rankings?

Yes, it could. Google does tell us that the amount of time it takes for a page to load is one of the quality factors that they look at for landing pages in paid search. It would seem that if they are interested in that there, that they would consider something like that for organic search as well.

Website ranking depend on several factors and changing the SERPs are also depend on these also. Some are as follows:
    1. Onpage changing.
    2. Back link removing.
    3. High competition at particular keyword.
    4. Bad seo trick come under search engine scanning.
    There are some others also.
