I'm looking for something almost exactly like coolhomepages.com - for example, http://www.coolhomepages.com/sort/?catName=Non-Flash&sortType=DATE&pageNo=1 It allows sites to be added - their thumbnail is automatically presented, and users can rate on the design with a 10-star rating. Anyone know if this exists?
