    I have a Website & Forum Resources Community I am trying to sell. The community is powered by Invision Power Board 2.0.0 Final and has a custom unique theme. The community also has a tutorials section with a few tutorials online.

    YourAdHost.com is the domain to this resource forum. The domain is registered through Namecheap.com and is set to expire on September 11, 2007. The community currently has a PageRank of two and has been online for around a month (if I recall correctly). I've not monitored the advertisement income for this domain so I cannot give you any information on revenue. Due to my host, statistic tracking is currently off-line so I cannot give you stat information, but the forum receives anywhere from 25 - 100 unique hits daily.

    With this purchase, you will also receive AdvertisingArticles.info and AffiliateClub.info, which may prove useful in promoting the resource site. These domains expire March 30, 2007 and are also registered with Namecheap. I believe these domains currently go to one of my other sites, so you should be aware that you are only getting the AdvertisingArticles and AffiliateClub domains, and not the sites that they are forwarded to.

    The bidder has decided to withdraw his vote, so with that being said, I'm looking for any offer in the $20 - $50 range.

    If interested, just post what you are willing to pay and I'll take it into consideration.

    Like I've said before, you receive the Forum Software (IPB 2.0.0), Forum Theme (custom), the members and the content. The forum has went a bit inactive, but with the right webmaster, it could turn into a very successful resource community.

    I'm just not got the time to run another forum, nor the interest to run a resource forum.

    Need a quick sale, so if you are interested, I'd suggest you go ahead and post what you are willing to pay, because there is a high chance that I'll accept it because I need to get this off my server.
