Website form

    Ok so i wanted to make a check box and send form

    It is like they tick boxes and then click submit and it emails it to me,

    Does anyone have any idea on how to do this?

    I made a rough example on my new site;

    If your web server supports php engine, then you can use php to process the form.

    it can be done using jscript, there are a lot of scripts available.

    Or you can use an online form mailer if you can't code it yourself.
    Lots of free options; use Google.
