Website for video's

    Hi,
    This is all about a new site i plan to make
    www.videomania4u.com
    As the name suggests its all about video for different categories.
    I want to put video for few categories such as sports,humour,movie clips and on which i think should be a horizontal menu at top.
    and each menu can have many sub categories which should be shown on click of that category.

    At the same time should allow me to put videos on my own as well as put some content on it.
    Hope clears a picture a bit.

    Platform:
    No high level coding , i guess it can be done with small efforts of coding and more of designing.
    It should be clean not too flashi..i dont even mind a white back ground for that matter.

    Please keep in mind its not a high budget project.
