I have a credit card website i need to dump, i have done seo work on it, its indexed in google and yahoo, has over 200 backlinks to it, and growing, you earn between $30-$100 per application approval......I have submited articles to places like digg, etc, and loads of directorys, so more links will be coming in, im looking for starting bid $25.......bin $150.....

Yes i will show the buyer how to run the site, the website is 5 weeks old, i bought traffic to it, and did some advertising on some sites with banners, i have like 20 applications pending approval, so i dont know how many of those will convert to being paid, im waiting on that....its very easy to run, it is self up dating, pretty simple, any more questions let me know, it can be very profitable if done right.

 

So how is the process of these applications approved? Like I said I have no idea how to run a site like this am I still okay to buy it or will it be too hard to run?

Ok here is how to run this site in a nutshell. You get customers , traffic to the site, they look at the credit cards, if they want to sign up, they are redireted to the banks site of the credit card, there they fill out a application. There is a place that you sign in on the affilite site, i will give you that information, it keeps track of how many people have looked at each credit card, and then there are clicks , or impression that means they went to the banks site to fill out a application.

You need not html knowlege at all, if you can turn on a computer you can run this site, it basically runs it self, all the credit cards on it are self updating, meaning when the bank updates or changes its apr, or offers, it automatically is updated to your site, all you have to do to run this site is get people to come to it. Its very simple, every now and then you sign in to your affilate account, look at your stats to see how many peolpe have clicked on your credit cards, or gone to fillout a application, thats it. You will be paid once per month by the affilate company, there really nothing to it, not just saying that to sell it, it basically runs its self.

 

It is also already indexed in google, and yahoo, it has pretty good backlinks for being 5 weeks old, and more links will be coming in, i put alot of articles out there, and its getting some traffic from these, and some from directorys. There are lots of places to advertise this site for not to much money, you can put up banner ads on sites, etc, if you need to know some of the sites that i have used i will tell you. The price is cheap, for the work i have put into it, i will help you out and get you going if you need help, i wont leave you hanging.

The content is supplied by the affiliate company in the form of articles. There is a place to add content on the about us page, i have added some content there, you can change that, with unlimited space for text., hope that helps.

I just checked the backlinks today on my site its now up to 400 backlinks, most all the links are pr3 pr4 pr 5 financial blogs, websites, i forgot to mention to it has a google sitemap xml and a yahoo sitemap, the price im asking for this site will barely buy the links. My loss in your gain, the next person to pm and bid $90 takes the website, im kinda in a desperate situation with money so i have to move this today, but i will not take less than $90.
