    Hi I am looking to sell GooglePRupdate.com It gets a decent amount of traffic. I have only had the site for a short period of time and haven't had much time to put into it. A great niche site or portal site for an SEO company. Like I said it gets a pretty good amount of traffic I really haven't had the time to do the things I planned from the start. Like a simple form for an e-mail address and website to notify the user when the pagerank updates. Selling it with content and database it is setup with Joomla 1.7 and has a few customized scripts that can go with it. Serious offers only.
