    I have a website for sale that I created for a popular social media person.

    It's #1 on search, some days #2.

    A lot of subcontent folders are starting to peak as well.

    Need to make a quick profit so I'm selling it. Launched it 3 months ago.

    Easy profit and you can make more. The income is still rising. Earned $34.16 last month and already on $16 this month since trending #1 for the exact match.


    Currently does over $1-$3 per day. If the "subject" tweets it, the income jumps to ~$25 for a day, sliding down next few days.

    Asking 1 year's income at $1 per day.

    If you stabilize this at #1 in search, no work.

    Already added 50 pages of content myself. Only reason I'm selling is because i need a quick pickup.

    Asking $375 for site. That's $1 per day / years income + paypal fees essentially .

    Yesterday it earned a high of $3.

    It earns a lot more when the subject of site tweets it ( they have over 25,000 twitter followers ) // $12-$25 days.

    Would love to keep it but i need the pick up as stressed.

    Thanks for all the responses. I like to respect the privacy of all my sites generally, that's why i dont post the site.

    A lot of people on this forum in particular are looking to steal ideas over business.
