16 months revenue? how many months you are earning for $125.03? if only one month, I don't think will cut it.

To get 16 months revenue, you need to show people you are constantly earning the same or more than $125.03 for the last 6 months at a least.

 

I have a good reputation. I have private buyers. I can wait 30-60 days to see growth and charge even more.

This isn't a 'potential' sale. But potential is CLEAR. if people choose to bypass, it's a respected option.

Some long-tail content gets some great numbers, which will only be displayed after purchase. Therefore the moles of this forum will fail at trying to duplicate completely, leaving a lionshare of search and social media traffic for the buyer.

These search stats are not nearly accurate. A lot of numbers are oudated for the Hip Hop niches. Use googl trends to see the recent 30 days . See that they get more searches than Karrueche Tran. On top of that, my analytics show better stats.
