    Hi,

    I agree that your Google Ads should have the same color with your background and you may want to consider using the green colored words for your New Talks logo for your Google Ads' words. Why not using a 728 banner instead for the top Google Ads to optimize it? I find the black Google search at the bottom a bit weird but other than that, it looks all right overall.
