Website Flipping

    Anyone here do this? I have noticed a lot of website going for sale in the "Sites" forums and most of them are PLR. I am thinking about going into the Flipping Business. I have a couple of questions for those who don't mind answering.

    1) Will using .com domains fetch more money when making and selling websites and blogs? Rather then .info? Maybe other extensions are better?

    2) Will SEOing websites and blogs before selling them also fetch more money? Do people prefer websites that have been SEO'd?

    3) Should I be looking into building, developing over a X amount of time, and then selling? So it as age, traffic, etc? Even if it is mininum?

    I am going into this with a serious attitude. I want to create unique content websites now try making money of making PLR content websites.

    I know it is an old thread but in case you are still wondering I thought I would answer the questions for you;

    1) .com is always preffered for domains and sites

    2) SEO is applicable if you have a timeframe where benefits can be attained. If you are selling in amonth and visitors and traffic are the same but you have put in SEO work (which may improve the site later on) no one will care. People need to see results.

    3)Not sure what you mean. perhaps building from scratch versus buying and fixing up? Either way this is just preference. I would recommend in stead of using x amount of days that you should aim for X revenue and X visitors before selling your site. They are what pushes up the final sales price.

    .coms are worth more please correct me if im wrong
    your site wont be worth much unless it has traffic and it should be constent if you do post articles with your link in it will build traffic
    you need fresh content write it up its really isnt that hard to write up 350-500 words i can do 3 aday and thats about 20 backlinks i sumbit to around 20 and i get nice page rank here is my site

    as you should notice you have to have content i have 1 way links too i do pings everyday when i post people are geniuin interested in the articles and keep comming back
