Selling Website Earning $246+ (avg) Every Month

I am selling my very first website i made 2 years ago. It was intentionally made to earn money from the blog.

I made $342 from google adsense on the first month and then I earned $197 from google adsense before I got banned so i didn't get the $197 anymore. Then I used Adbrite on my website and since adbrite isn't good in payout I still got $50 in the next month. And then i stopped all ads on my website. My website got page rank of 3 in google update in 6 months time.

I started adding content and building somewhat little backlinks. Last 6 months ago I found PayPerPost and SocialSpark. For those who don't know.. its a paid to blog or you can say sponsored blog postings company.

So since last 6 months i am earning quite a decent $246 a month in average. SocialSpark even has many other options of advertising ops as well. PPC and CPA opportunities as well.

About the PageRank I don't have it anymore since Google doesn't like selling link on the website and they took it off. If you want to put adsense again then you can take down all the links and resubmit for page ranks. But if you want to earn from social spark and pay per post then you can start adding up posts from right now. There are atleast $50 (or maybe more) opportunity still left for this website to write about. And if you are from USA you have more opportunities (about $150 opportunity waiting to be grabbed for usa people)

Domain: Domain is registered with lonex.com and after you buy the website i can then give you the login credentials so you can change the domain to your preferred domain site.

Why I am selling this website: Because I am doing some new things and do not have any time to keep up with this blog anymore. You can see i didn't update the blog for long time now. This website has 474 articles already.

What do you mean for this one? Before you got banned?

 

What i mean is: I started off with monetizing my website with Google Adsense. Got my First payment of $300+ on check. As you know Google adsense pays after the current month is over. So after 45 days I got my $300 + cheque from google. And after getting the money encashed to my bank account, I was excited for my next cheque from them but somehow got banned for fraud clicks and so my $190+ money which was due for the current month never came. Some jealous people were clicking my website, i don't know why.

It is not a big issue now as you can have your own adsense account and also file a case with google if you notice abnormal click rates. Back that time i was new to blogging and adsense and didn't know how to file case with google adsense for abnormal clicks.

Last time I checked blogs are not transferable in the PayPerPost and Izea systems, even if you sell it someone else cannot claim it once it's in the system. Unless they've made that change very recently those income methods aren't going to be doable for the site buyer.

Not saying that to devalue your sale, it's just not something they include in their FAQ, it was something I found out when buying and selling websites and had to ask them via support ticket. You might want to ask them if they've updated this problem. Their support team is usually pretty helpful in checking on things. You can even tweet at them for faster answers.

 

Ok I will ask their support. But I don't see why I can't cause I can delete my website from PPP and SP profile and then anyone can claim the blog again from their profile. Anyways i will ask them about it to make sure but I since they don't reply on weekends , I can only expect a reply from them on monday.

 

Logically you would think that, but once you delete it from your account it still can't be claimed by someone else, not even yourself again, or at least that's the way it was. Hopefully they've fixed that little tidbit in their system. When I was buying a site not long ago they referred to it as a back end database glitch that they would look into. I never did get an update from them on it, but I'd definitely be interested to hear if they've taken care of it.

 

Would it be possible to use google ads on that site again atall?
