Website dropped and went up again

Hi all,

My website is online since February 9, 2009. After about 1 month, I was on the 3rd page of Google for my main keyword. Then, my website suddenly dropped to the 7th or 8th page. Really within one or two days. Since a few days, my website is on the 3rd page again.

Is this because of the Sandbox effect?

 

Thats a normal behavior, nothing to worry about

 

Thats just search for you, as long as you stay in top 20 pages your k, but try to head for page 1

 

I've set a goal to be on the first page at the end of June this year. Is this realistic?

 

that's very possible if your keyword is not very competitive.
but, it's very dangerous to rush if your keyword is very competitive
you might go back to the sandbox since june is only 3 months away and you rush it

 

I have also faced that type of problem. Somtime google search behave really weirdly. I don't know why.

 

My keyword isn't very competitive. But I understand what you mean. I don't want to rush things. I'm not going to add hundreds of links or useless pages a week.

Guys it is google dance tdg89: it is normal and nothing to worry.

 

do not panic bro......same is happening with us. it just google dance going on,every thing will be ok. do ur regular submission and do not do over of it. keep on doing blog commenting as well.

 

One advice: Keep on building back links with relevant keywords.

 

Also make minor variations in your backlinks anchor text.
