    Hi guys,

I have a tutorials website http://tutorials.jm-experts.com and i use to receive around 60 to 100 hits a day from search engine normally without any marketing. and then there was some error with my hosting company and my site went down for 2 to 4 days and then when it came back online... all my traffic was stopped and now i have around 5 to 10 hits a day from search engine..

is there a way i can backup the things?

what should i do more to get more traffic from search engine.

    Thanks!

you can't control traffic from search engines. why did you stay with the host if they were down for several days? you should have moved out after 1 day, because thats a very long time for a website to be down, a lot of negative things can happen as you have experienced already.

yea you should try to build few backlinks so that google bot may visit your site and now your site backup and google may give you place back and you can start getting traffic more.. try to build as much as traffic you can because you may get even more traffic..

    Thanks

Work on backlinks for better rankings in google but i would also consider finding a new host if it was down for a couple days.

It is very important to regularly monitor your website. The lost revenue during downtime is not important, but if the site does not respond over an extended period of time, the search engines will stop sending traffic to it, and it may take a long time to recoup -- several weeks to over amonth, or may be never, who knows? The backlinks & PR aren't going to save you when that happens. Brief down time (less than a day) is usually harmless.
