Website Development needed, plz reply

    Hi,

    I want to develop this website www.se-klub.com
    to something like www.nokiasoftware.nl

    But not everything, I want the following features:

    - Control panel to add, remove content (themes, wallpapers)
    - Mobile review section with feature of comments from viewers
    - Log in, registration feature with a small profile page
    - Rating system
    - Top 5 content, and latest added content on front page.

    PS: this is for sony ericsson mobiles only

    Please reply with a quote of how much it will cost.
    If possible some of your previous work as well.
