hey Sem1 after i delivered page design to you ... and u were happy with it , why did you create dispute in paypal and ask for refund ?? and too after 20 days and mentioned that you didnt remeber paying me ??? i tried contacting you but you wont repond to my pm or IM . The dispute in paypal is in still investigation . so it would be good if u paid back the money by closing the dispute
