Because if you are advertising websites for 50.00 that kind of implies a 50.00 worthy site, as someone that is taking 50.00 To Build a whole site is not going to take the days and days that it takes for some sites to streamline them, Optimize them and so on, so that they will be able to compete in todays world, a world where internet sites are becoming more and more technological, and reliant on Things such as Social Networking Sites, and SEO Yes of course if you are building hobby sites you could pull it off in a half of a day, but what about someone that approaches you with an idea for a gaming site for example, that Would take you 2 or 3 days alone just adding in the content (games) and then who knows how ever long the actual framework of that specific site would take. Might be beneficial to put some sort of limits on what type of sites qualify for the 50.00 price tag, as you do not want to get stuck building a site that takes you weeks to complete HOWEVER, if you are that kind of person that enjoys slaving over code and wordpress plugins for little or no pay then I can understand.
