I am looking for a designer who can build a website like ezinearticles.com for me. It should allow users to sign up and post articles on the site. However, I (the moderator), should be in control of reviewing and removing bad quality articles. I would also like to introduce rating system for articles. I have no knowledge of webdesign. If anyone could provide any help in this direction, it will be great. Also, plz suggest which web hosting service is good for this. It should be economical to start off and must give option to expand in the future. Please state the budget for this project if you are willing to do it.
